The hotel is lovely, modern, beautifully decorated and with a great location for Aktau, near many good restaurants (a Georgian one in particular). Our second stay was faultless, comfy room, excellent restaurant food ( a solid appealing Indian buffet), Front Desk staff always ready to assist on everything. It's family run the young daughter is magnificent helped me get a taxi for a 02:55 flight to Baku and stayed up until it arrived. Did my cloths washing and even put them on the line. The location was excellent in Aktau- about 5 mins walking from the beach! The highlight of our stay, however, was the staff. My friend got very sick when we arrived and the staff went out of their way to help us and care for her. We truly felt like they went above and beyond for us and everyone was so friendly and kind. The host is lovely and helped us organise taxis and tours! Me and my friend stayed and it was a comfortable stay after the ferry, and we met some interesting and lovely other guests too! Big and spacious bathrooms with large shower. One of the few hotels in Kazakhstan that we stayed at, that provides free bottled water. The staff is just lovely, was always friendly and made an effort to help us. Definitely the best hotel staff we met in Kazakhstan.
