Beautiful location next to the river. Staff are very friendly and helpful, from reception to doorman. It was my friend’s birthday and they prepared a small cake for us and to celebrate our reunion. The spa facilities are very comfortable and the food for buffet breakfast is exceptional! We wish we could stay longer! Amazing butler service!

Stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Astana and had a wonderful experience! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. What made my stay extra special was finding a little note in my room written in Georgian – such a thoughtful and personal touch that really made me feel at home. This is a very nice little hotel, which is located near a noisy street, but the hotel itself is quite. The check-in is very convenient, I arrived very late in the evening, but the owners sent me detailed instructions and the code for the door via WhatsApp, and I entered without any problems. Right next building is a former McDonald's (which is now called differently in Kazakhstan). My room was not very big, but comfortable and had a balcony. I walked to the beautiful new city center in about ten minutes. Plan to stay at this hotel again in the future.

    We were given an upgrade which was not expected. The location is excellent. Breakfast was good. The staff are very good, always willing to help, and speak excellent English which is always helpful. We always stay at this hotel when visiting Astana so that speaks for itself.

    The owner of this place is a nice and polite woman! After being left by another owner without a place to stay, I found myself in a situation where I needed to find accommodation urgently. Thank God, I found this place! It is a clean, cosy, and impeccable place to stay! You'll never regret choosing this apartment!
