Exceptional service from the staff from the time we arrived we were initially not happy with the room we got were then given a free upgrade by Melissa which we a absolutely loved the ocean view from the room was amazing the kids had their own room as well. Because we loved the resort and enjoyed our stay we wanted to extend our stay Mr Alain & Mrs Joan with her team went out of their way to ensure that we got to extend our stay even though the resort was fully booked..we had to also reschedule our flights Darson and Teelwah assisted us with rescheduling our flights literally the morning we were supposed to leave Mauritius..we were initially supposed to stay for 4 days we extended by another 4 days because of the exceptional services from this resort. We travelled with our 2 kids a 10month old and a 3 year old they loved the kids club..the beach is also very clean our kids enjoyed playing there.

I can not complaint nothing! Everything was totally perfect - location, comfy room facing the ocean with amazing views, simple but delicious and fresh breakfast, helpful staff, close to nice restaurant and directly on beautiful beach with best snorkeling places over the island. I can only recommend this property for all travelers. Blue Bay is so unspoiled place, piece of paradise. I will come back!

Overall great experience at Mermaid Cove - the Small Cove is bigger than what it looks like on the pictures. It is an extremely well-equipped apartment with a super cosy vibe - and it is very quiet (except for the occasional sound of the planes taking off/landing). Self-check in is super convenient, and the host was super responsive to our needs. We had a great time and will definitely be back and greatly recommend it. Bonus point is that it’s super close the beach!

Lovely location, excellent design of the resort and of the rooms. But what stood out were: the food- absolutely the best - and the staff. Everybody was smiley, helpful and genuinely committed. Special thanks to Stefan who went far beyond his responsibilities to help. The person who was organising tours from the resort put us on excellent trips and the driver recommended by the hotel was a super star. The complementary glass boat and snorkelling trip was amazing.

The review is for the Le Paradis Hotel, since the hotel we booked was under renovation, and the hotel group upgrade us to the Le Paradis Hotel. EVERYTHING was perfect. The staff always smilling and ready to help. Excellent breakfast and dinner buffet. Fantastic rooms, very good facilities. Lovely gardens and beach. Fantastic!!!!

    I had an excellent stay, shared between moments of teleworking and vacation. The staff were attentive and really friendly, flexible and accommodating. We were very well received, simple check-in and check-out. Breakfast lived up to expectations. Both the room and the hotel were clean and faithful to the descriptions, value for money, which seems to me to be the main thing. Thank you again to everyone for these good times and we look forward to coming back.

    Stayed for the last couple of nights of our holiday, was perfect end to our trip, good food for all inclusive. Nice large pool, fantastic snorkeling, we went on the free snorkeling trip with the hotel and would recommend it. Spa facilities looked nice. Our privilege room was a good size. With view of the pool and sea and a generous balcony. 10min drive to airport.

    We made a last minute booking for family who were disappointed with the other accommodation booked and the Peninsula was amazing accommodating our guests who joined us for a wedding.     The nicest night security man ever :-) Very polite and also made us breakfast before breakfast time. Nice atmosphere and very ok to stay for a couple of nights. We stayed there at the end of our holiday to get to the airport on time.

    The host was super friendly. This was our last stop during our stay. All the places were beautiful, but next time I would go straight to Blue Bay to villa bella :) The accommodation is basically on the beach. during weekends very busy but that is also good to see! And if you want to be alone you just walk 5 minutes to the left. Not much restaurants around, but you should try some of the food from stalls. Loved it there.

    We wanted a basic beach holiday with no frills, and we had an amazing holiday and met wonderful people. Mahen, Preety Jeena and Christy (the host and his family) were so hospitable. They even brought Christmas dinner, which we shared with them and their family - an evening to remember. We loved our stay. Take your own beach towels.
