Family B&B, all of the staff super nice, making sure you're being taken care of in every aspect. The rooms are very nice, matching the photos, very homey vibe, cozy. Also had the opportunity to have a dinner here (home made) - delicious.

We stayed at Casa Frangipani for 6 days. We made use of the studio which is adjacent to the patio. We really liked that! There is a very spacious, bright bedroom, a spacious fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful bathroom with toilet. Everything in new condition, spotlessly clean and cared for down to the last detail. The whole is not only suitable for a short-term stay. You can certainly also comfortably stay longer. Kerstin, the landlady, is helpful with everything, very friendly and she gives good advice on what to do and see in the area. For example, she arranged a visit to Ile aux Cerfs for us with a BBQ lunch at a very acceptable price compared to others. The beautiful large public beach is only 3 km away in a few minutes by car. It offers great opportunities for amateur snorkelers. And for those who like fishing at sea: Kerstin's husband can guide you!

Lovely welcome from Sabrina. Very thorough explaining everything we needed to know. The room was absolutely exceptional. The decor was fantastic, clean and modern. We loved the colour! The bathroom was beautiful. We had 2 decking areas one with chairs and one with sun beds.

it's a fantastic base to explore the island. The host is warm and friendly, with lots of useful knowledge about the area. In short, it's a home from home - if your home is spotless, beautifully decorated, within short distance to beautiful beach. Would heartily recommend.

Villa Bella is located in a very calm neigbourhood, and has all the accomodations one needs. Every amenity in the kitchen, fruit as a welcome gift, a washing machine with powder ready, a TV, etc.. The house is extremely clean, and all the rooms very spacious. The beds were made with clean sheets, no bugs anywhere, everything was perfect. We were very lucky to be the only hosts there, and had the entire property and swimming pool to ourselves. The people (Marco, Angelique the owner, even the neighbours) were all extraodinary in helping us adjust to Mauritius and the life there. We could always count on somebody to help us out, whether it was Angelique via the chat on booking, or Marco who lives not far at all from the property. The beach is only 5min away by car, and is gorgeous. It's the perfect place for people who like a calm environment but not far from shops, beaches etc. You need a car but that is to be expected in Mauritius. PS: the wifi is extremely good at the Villa, better than in a lot of hotels where I stayed.

    We are from South Korea for the honeymoon. We had a truly enjoyable time at this accommodation. Kerstin was extremely friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The place was very clean, very comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessities. If we have the chance to visit again, we would definitely stay here. Highly recommended!

    Accomodation is in a lovely location, on the beachfront, and also not so far from several very good restaurants. Rooms are equipped with everything that is needed for a relaxing time, incl. a terrace with a nice view. The staff was warm and always ready to help or advise with any questions. From the accommodation available, walk by the beach several kilometers and enjoy the coast. Also, it is not so far from beaches, and finding any "authentic" place for silence or meditation by car is no problem. Generally, I can fully recommend ...

    The hosts was very friendly and helpful. They send us the specifications about the accommodations and they were very helpful when we wanted some advices. We also had a fresh bread every morning. The place was very clean and quiet, it looks better than the pictures. We spend every night at the balcony just chilling. Also we got a many tips for restaurants near by. Very nice service. The hosts are really trying to have happy visitors.

Also a big thanks to the very kind and generous Mr Sanjay for the scooter and car hire. Our stay in Trou d'Eau Douce was made great by the wonderful Mauritian hospitality of this family.

    Charming hosts. Marie-Claire and Gaetan were always ready to help. The bedding was simply super quality. As we were staying for a full month they gave us bigger accommodation.

    Friendly attentive welcoming staff, nice and clean beach facility, good room condition, good a/c cooling, got free room upgrade at ground level facing the beach (many thanks for that), free (non-motor) water activities, suitable for families as well coupples, there are 2 pools one exclusive for adults, good breakfast ( my score 8.5 out of 10), overall great place to stay in to relax and spend holidays.
