Beautiful hosts, very welcoming, gave us great information on where to go and where to eat. Fantastic private area with separate lounge. Breakfast was really good as well. Beautiful home and the gardens were gorgeous. Only one night but it was lovely

    The accommodation had all the lovely little extras. Extra towels,tea,plunger coffee and nespreso, herbal teas etc. Lovely bathroom with all eco products Lovely continental breakfast. Well equipped little kitchen, very homely. The outdoor spa with great views. Lovely, highly recommend and would love to come back and stay.

    This is our third stay at Dune View Accomodation, the host is most flexible and discreet. The premises modern, clean, comfortable and with an undeniable home feeling, unlike any other b&b. Needless to say that it is so calm and relaxing.

    Jan was the perfect host - warmly welcoming us to her accommodation. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our overnight stay. The bed was very comfy. The shower fantastic. The breakfast was basic- coffee and toast, yoghurt and cereal, just what we needed to start our day. It was very quiet, private and peaceful.

    Even though we only had a single overnight stay at Chalet Cullen, we must say it’s on our top ten experiences of what we have had during our 6 weeks vacation in New Zealand. The unit was fine and cozy, and with a great view to the beach. The local radio station (FM 90.4) plays pop/rock from the good old days. What’s not to like. We can only give our best recommendations.

    The hosts were super friendly and helpful. The accommodation was spotless generously proportioned and homely. We were given complete privacy and provided with all the essentials expected plus fresh bread, jams, cereal and yoghurt for breakfast. Jan even did a wash for us . We had full access to their beautiful gardens. We could have stayed a week !

    Lorraine is an amazing host and the place is very cosy, making you feel like you are at grandma's home for a holiday. Conveniently located between Mangawhai and Mangawhai Heads beach, very close to an awesome kids playground. Very quiet place with all the amenities you need for short or even longer stay. Highly recommended!

    Second stay at Dune View, anytime I stay in Mangawhai in the future this will be my first choice. Fantastic location with easy walking and driving distance to everything you will need for your stay, not to mention how clean and comfortable the accommodation itself is.
