Great location, very good beds! Friendly staff and nice breakfast. The lady brought hot chocolate for our kids on arrival. Across the street you can at Huku, not so good but easy nearby. Closes at 8pm.

So peaceful. I've always liked city life but maybe living on a farm is the way to go! Loved all the animals and watching the cows from my bed. Good bed and the cabin was cosy.

Spent one night in a 3bed cabin and its what discription says. Clean cabin, clean beds. Second night me and my 2 kids spent the night in the cottage house. This is perfect for families. Cute cottage. Clean and has a beautiful view from the deck.

    We were unable to stay at this property as I suffered a severe medical episode on arrival. Our hosts were magnificent. Exceptionally kind and helpful. They refunded our nights accommodation, even though they were not required to do so.

    We were quite late in arriving and but were quickly helped with further chalet accommodation and spent a delightful evening at the pub. As I didn't go to the Caves with the rest of our party, I was invited to stay behind for a couple of hours in the backpackers' lodge and that also of top class quality. I would recommend this accommodation to all ages.

    Was cool to stay in a hobbit house after doing hobiton that day. Not a luxurious place but a novel accommodation. The lady at the check in desk was really nice and explained the area to us. Was a nice quiet place. Close to Waitomo caves.

    The perfect place to stay to visit the caves. Really friendly staff, clean accommodation, great pub next door for food and walks from the door step. 5 min drive from rafting, zip wire and caves.

    We pretty much loved everything about our stay. Fantastic hosts, totally committed to their guest experience, everything about facilities, local amenities and restaurants explained. Fabulous breakfast, brilliant restaurants minutes walk away. You must try The Tomo Bar and Eatery - wow. Brilliant laundry facilities with honesty box, accommodation had everything you would require. Thank you to our wonderful hosts Lynn and Ritchy.

    Perfect way to spend a night in a beautiful location after a long flight - Angus was a brilliant friendly host and very knowledgeable. The view was outstanding and the accommodation was quirky and very comfortable. I only wish we’d booked to stay longer than one night!
