We lived in one of the studios. It has everything what you would need for the comfortable longer stay (incl. all the stuff for cooking, shared washing mashine). The host is very kind and responsive! The sea view is magnificent, and the accommodation is impeccably maintained, with comprehensive refurbishments and all necessary amenities, particularly in the kitchen. The property manager is exceptionally kind and promptly assisted us when we encountered an issue with the bathroom water. Considering the price, it's an excellent choice for accommodation in Madeira.
