I have to say, that this stay was really the best one I ever experience! Perfect location (in the center) so you have all the restaurants, ice cream shops etc. really close. The rivers are really close. What was our best experience? the owners were really great and helpful with everything. They provide us with great POI, guide us on where to go swimming etc. Looking forward to go back! Best Stay in Slovenia

We had a double with a kitchenette here and it was perfect for an overnight stay. One room with the bed and ensuite and another, separate room with the small kitchen in a large cupboard plus table and chairs. The space is super well designed and equipped so very spacious despite packing a lot in. There’s plenty of storage and the aircon was a godsend with temperatures over 30C the day we stayed. The bathroom is on the small side, but well equipped and the towels and water were good. Private parking right outside so you only need to carry bags 10 metres. Highly recommended.

Brand new and modern apartment, spacious and comfortable. Just 5 minutes out of Kobarid town. While next to the road, house insulation was good and it was a peaceful stay in a lovely area with lots of nearby attractions and activities.

    Place is just amazing! Who is looking for the quiet place, close to Soča river, this is the right place for accommodation. Host Zdenka is just great person! Very friendly, nice lady, we felt very welcome there :) Inside apartment we had everything what we needed and distance like 300 meters to Soča river was perfect in hot weather what we had during our one week holiday.

    The apartment is very friendly, well equipped with necessary things for your stay. In the kitchen you will find basic things for preparing food like oil, salt, pepper etc. The accommodation is located close to the main road. The host are very friendly and helpful people.

    We loved it! Everything was perfect. The chalet was just right for us, and we immediately felt at home. The family who run the accommodation and restaurant are so friendly, helpful and lovely. Each day, we had breakfast with plenty of choice, and we opted to have an evening meal too, which were all outstanding. The menu changes every day and is made from local or homegrown produce. The father and son serve the food while the daughter-in-law and mother make it to an exceptionally high standard. We loved it so much we stayed an extra night!

    Aparment Iris was the perfect place to stay about 5 minutes drive from Kobarid in the tranquil village of Smast. The apartment was modern, spotless, tastefully decorated, welcoming and comfortable. It was equipped with everything you may need in a holiday apartment including a parking space. Best of all Mojca was a very welcoming, friendly and helpful host and we would have no hesitation retuŕning. Thank you Mojca! Very highly recommended.

    The manager of these apartments was so friendly and was eager to accommodate any need we brought to his attention. The 'Holiday Home' was a great stay for my wife and me, and we enjoyed sitting in the patio area at sunset. We also enjoyed walking from our room to Slap Kozjak, a nearby waterfall.

    Location was superb.. it’d nice together out of the city and visit this beautiful country setting. .. the accommodations were perfect!! Parking in small alleys and spaces proved to be challenging but doable.
