This was perfect for a short stay for our family (2 adults, 3 children). Easy to get the bus into Ljubljana. Breakfast was great, staff helpful and friendly. Will stay longer next time!

Lovely apartment in a very quiet area of Vrhnika, conveniently located to explore lots of locations in Slovenia as it is just 5 minutes drive from the highway. All furniture and fixtures are of very good quality and the owners had a lot of attention to details. You will find everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is very well equipped and sugar, coffee, milk, water are offered. The local bottle of wine was a very nice touch. There is a small patio with table and chairs. Mojca, the host, was very friendly and helpful and answered all our messages immediately. She suggested places to visit and restaurants and you will find a lot of documentation in the apartment helping you to plan your holiday. Across the street there is a nice local restaurant and a small grocery store a few minutes walk away (check their opening times, they close early). Good WiFi network and cable TV. We would highly recommend this apartment for a holiday in Slovenia.

This is the best place around Ljubljana value-money above 10. If someone tells you that you can find better place than this for this money, he will lie you. Clean, warm, perfect bathroom, only the pillows were not the best, but everything else was perfect. Next time i will visit again and recommend it. Not only in Slovenia, but in the countries around you can't find the same opportunity for this money.

Been there for second time, will be more for sure!!! House was prewarmed for us, and despite we was only 3 persons, all floors, all rooms was prepared and opened for our choise, even sauna. I've been telling this very often, maybe i am biased, but.... SLOVENIA NEVER DISSAPOINTS!!! Planing next summer to go there with my family and 1 another for a week or so.

    I stayed at Guesthouse Mesec Zaplana for one night on my 10 day trip around the exceptionally beaufitul country of Slovenia. The Guesthouse is located a short distance from the town of Vrhnika and is located in a quiet village. My double room was basic but very clean and comfortable. The food, both evening meal and self-serve buffet breakfast, were excellent and good value for money. Guesthouse Mesec Zaplana is highly recommended for an overnight stay in this part of Slovenia.

    Everything was nice. The apartment was impeccably clean, comfortable... simply beautiful. And of course the breakfast, which was delicious and plentiful. Accommodation with the warmth of home and soul.

    We stayed here with one night as we were travelling through. Everything was great. Easy self check-in as we arrived on Sunday when they were closed. Nice, clean room, huge and comfortable bed, good shower. Had a good night sleep, honestly nothing to complain about. Breakfast was also perfect, thank you for everything.

    Great place to stay just for a night while travelling or even for a holiday... It is located in such a beautiful village so close to Ljubljana. Free, private parking... Very good breakfast. The rooms are new and modern, there is everything you need... Very quiet and conformable, perfect to have some rest after long drive. The restaurant downstairs offers great food, local wines and beers... Very nice and helpful staff. I will definitely be back!
