Excellent location near to Lee gardens, to clock tower, to a lot of restaurants, massages, temples. The neighborhood very lively, very safe. Room and bathroom big with air con , free water. Common fridge and kitchen. Owner extremely helpful and smiling. We walked on foot for 35 minutes to the 3 main marhkets ( central festival, Asian, gardens away). Nice experience.

Excellent staff. They were friendly, helpful and accommodating. For example, they worked with us on check in and check out times. They even called a taxi for us. They were easy to communicate with in person and through the Booking.com app. There is a large reception area with plenty of seating. We also found tables and benches, larder and a place to leave luggage. Our room was larger than expected and it was comfortable. Private bathroom, hair dryer, AC, free wi-fi. A shared refrigerator for guests was on the landing just steps from our door. The room and the rest of the facility was clean. Location is good imho. Places to eat, convenience stores, money changers, tour companies and more are minutes away on foot. Morning and night markets are within 1 km. The area is fairly quiet at night. We highly recommend the pork leg restaurant near the hotel. We hear that the chicken rice shops are also good. We noticed that many of the food shops close early. Suggest checking closing times when possible. In summary, iHome is a clean and comfortable place to stay. Location is good and away from the hustle-bustle and traffic near the markets.

We had a great stay at this homestay! The place is very comfortable and spacious, with plenty of amenities provided. The owner was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.     It was compact but had a modern remodel that made it feel cleaner than many budget accommodations we have tried- tiled bathroom etc. We appreciated how close to the train station for our early train the next morning.

    This place is a jewel in Hat Yai. I heard from so many people how they had terrible accommodations when they arrived in Hat Yai, whereas I found this amazing, cosy, comfortable space close to the chaotic streets. The place itself is fully equipped and Khun Kookkai has thought of every single detail for her guests. The check-in process was smooth and easy! Would definitely come back here in the future!

    I stayed at Hatyai Signature solely because I need to use the gym while I am on leisure holiday. Noticed that there were not many hotels offering gym facilities at Hatyai. However, the machines were quite run down with some restraints due to no proper maintenance and etc. As far as the personnel are concerned, I would say that they are perfect. Parking is available at the hotel within walking distance.

    When I first arrived, I was very impressed with the design and cleanliness of the lobby. The location of the accomodation was good as it was near to many great restuarants and convenience stores. The bed was comfortable and staying in the room felt very pleasant. Futhermore, the staff were very kind and friendly which made my stay at Pacific Residence wonderful.

    Spacious and comfortable for 4 of us. 2 queen sized bed. Location is very good to the night bazaars. Close enough but still off another quieter street. Owner of accommodation is extremely helpful and responsive. Whenever we encountered issues, our messages were responded to almost immediately. Highly recommended if u are staying in a bigger group. Just note that there is no lift in the building but this is not much an issue for us. Thanks for the hospitability, TKBed
