Wow, a lovely place! The friendliest owners made us so welcome and provided everything we needed, including organising taxis. Such big, clean and comfortable rooms and a lovely pool. Such a bonus running a shuttle to the beach every hour. Highly recommend!

The villa was well equipped, comfortable and clean. The photos shown were accurate. There were several eateries that we could get to by walking along the beach. Although there is some construction going on, there is still beach access and a stretch of beach to play at. There is also a grocery store within walking distance. The pool was a reasonable size and clean. The showers had good water pressure. We enjoyed our stay there.

The rooms are really nice and clean, featuring the most beautiful and clean bathroom we’ve encountered on our trip. The tropical surroundings are stunning. We loved relaxing by the clean pool and working on my computer, thanks to the excellent internet access throughout the property. The roof terrace was perfect for morning yoga, stargazing, and enjoying the jungle sounds at night. Breakfast was amazing, with two eggs, toast, jam, butter, and plenty of fresh, delicious fruits. The complimentary coffee and tea offered all day was a great perk. We had a wonderfully calm and relaxing time as a family of three. There weren’t any other children there at the time, but the staff were very child-friendly and even created a small football court for kids to play, which our son loved. While it’s a bit of a walk to the nearest restaurant without a scooter, and although the streets don’t have much traffic, I would still recommend renting a scooter to get around. There’s a very cozy village feel with good, cheap restaurants and some street food about a kilometer away from the resort.

Excellent location - on a quiet sandy beach but not too far from main local attractions and restaurants (5-7 min by taxi) Outstanding breakfast - best croissants ever, lots of fresh fruits, cold coconuts in a fridge, already opened and ready to drink, delicious oriental fusion choices from a menu, BEST cappuccino ever (seriously). Great idea to communicate with a hospitality service by WhatApp - much more convenient that dialing "0" to explain your immediate need. Instead you can send a text from anywhere and get things done. A perfect stay - many thanks to the stuff, you are incredible!

    The resort needs a facelift and continuity with service levels and accommodation. We stayed in the main hotel (not a villa) and we were upset. It was worn, old, floor was a death-trap and it leaked so badly they upgraded us. The villa they upgraded us to was great and we were very happy with it. Reception staff were great but pool and restaurant staff poor. Took 30 mins to get a drink in one of their restaurants. Service by the pool was non-existent. Breakfast was great but dinners poor and expensive.

    Amazing property, amazing bungalows, incredible aesthetics with the pool, palm trees and private beach, incredibly clean (and cleaned daily) spacious - the perfect feel for a Thai vacation. The property and area was quiet and peaceful. Staff were kind and helpful and made our stay so comfortable, relaxed and enjoyable. Could not recommend here any more!

    Lovely hotel. Amazing vibe. Brilliant views. Absolutely loved staying here. The co-working space make it a great hotel to be based from when you need to work as well as enjoy a vacation. Gym is okay. Not amazing, but good for a hotel gym. Restaurant has great views and a really friendly vibe. Breakfast is quite good.

    Lovely accomodation, a typical Thai style design with a little pool attached to the cabin. The cabin was very spacious and a nice bathroom. The view was really nice to the garden and the site to the beach with a smal road in front. The owners are very nice people, ready to make your stay very comfortable. The beach is small and the sea is deep blue with a beautiful site. We were in love over there. A very nice restaurant is not to far and the food good, nice relaxed vibes, we loved it to.

    We have just returned from a 6 week stay and can without reservation recommend Leni and her wonderful villa. She was on hand everyday to support our stay and was very helpful with any requests we had. The accommodation easily supported a long relaxing stay, achieving high standards of cleanliness and facilities. Lots of local bars within easy reach and great location for exploring Koh Samui

    Great location. Beautiful shaded garden in front of a small beach area (tidal). Quiet and secluded area lovely for swimming, sunbathing and relaxing. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. Extremely comfortable room which was serviced everyday. Steep hill up from accommodation to 'town' area however we walked it both directions each day, twice, as we enjoy walking. Most people use transport or motorbikes for access. Stayed here for 7 nights and thoroughly recommend.

    The property - rooms, beach, pool, restaurants - was absolutely gorgeous! The accommodations and staff were so friendly and happy to help with anything needed. The breakfast buffet was so worth it - a huge range of different food and drink and everything was declicious!

    It was the perfect place for our 1 night stay before travelling up to Koh Tao. I diid order a basic room and I suspect that the bigger rooms are much better. I would not wish to have a complete holiday there but I cannot fault the treatment we received from the staff.

    We really enjoyed our stay in the Baanfah Resort. The location right next to the beach is amazing, it’s perfect for people who look for a peaceful atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the kitchen/bar staff did everything they could to create enjoyable holidays.
