Very clean, it had everything you needed and a lot of little details. It is right next to the beach and therefore you have a wonderful view. Since the Restaurant is closing around 8 the beach is in the evenings also very calm and there were not many people. We liked it so much, that we asked for a longer stay which wasn't any problem. It is a good size, being brand new or is a bonus as everything inside is new. Great that it has a small kitchen with fridge, sink, utensils, microwave and workspace, outdoor bbq/grill, plus a dining table. It is close to Sri Thanu but not in the hectic busy area.
