It is very cozy place, a lot of flowers and trees. good location hidden from the strangers eyes. Very good staff, always ready to help!! we had a room with the king size bed, it was very comfortable. the terrace and view were amazing!

This hotel is probably one of the few hotels iv ever stayed in that matches the advertisements and website,room was cleaned every day towels changed daily staff were freindly and welcomming and we were upgraded to a larger room that met our every need ,,shower was spacious room was well thought out ,and i know its minor but the only hotel i ever stayed in in Marmaris that the water quality did not affect my curly hair ,,,we ate in the resturant called Happily and the food was wonderful .Breakfasts were basic but if you asked for something they did try to get it for you ,,iv been going to Marmaris for 15 years and this was the nicest Hotel iv stayed in in that time ..location is excellant ..dolmus right outside ,,Migros accross the road,change office accross the road,The Blue Port centre is a few mins walk . i can not fault this hotel at all,,We went in December which was quiet but gym sauna and indoor pool were open and well equiped also ,,had the pool to my self ,,,i would recommend a safety rail though at the pool entry as it was a little slippy.

The location: the location of the property was great. it is walking distance from beach, restaurants and shopping areas. it is only 5 min drive from city center. The staff: the staff was amazingly friendly and extremely helpful. The property: i booked 2 apartments [one standard and one with balcony]. both were spacious enough and good to fit 4 guests each. both apartments were well equipped. highly recommended property and will certainly return back.

The host was great and extremely welcoming. Location is excellent, very close to the beach in Akyaka. The breakfast is exceptional, it was delicious every day for the whole stay of 8 nights. I highly recommend menemen. The hotel is located in a beautiful house typical to Akyaka's architecture.

We were upgraded to a suite, which was wonderfully spacious for us as a couple. The gentlemen running the hotel were friendly and engaging - always happy to stop and chat or give recommendations. The breakfast was absolutely exceptional too. Traditional Turkish breakfast is served in the form of a selection of small plates featuring cheeses, olives, marmalades, jams, meze-like dishes, fruits, vegetables and egg-based dishes. Liya elevated this to another level with the very best of seasonal Turkish produce. I'd love to stay here again.

Visited Akaya several times but first time to this hotel Owner very friendly and welcoming (we were the only English at the time staying😀)and so was the young man on duty at night Spotlessly clean. Cleaned daily. Fridge supplied with bottles of drinking water everyday (nice touch) Had a room overlooking the pool area. Breakfast was buffet style, absolutely great with cheses, salad, fresh fruit, jams, local pastries being restocked continuously. Own car park. 10 minutes walk to the beach.

All staff were very helpful, friendly, and professional. The pool was great. The breakfast spread they provided every morning was fantastic. It was a delicious traditional Turkish breakfast and was very filling. The beds were comfortable, and the mini bar was stocked with lots of choices. The hotel is right in front of the river and you could walk along the river to the restaurants, bars and beach, it was honestly such a lovely stay and I would definitely return. I 100% recommend.

Everything about this accomodation was very very good and the breakfast was exceptional. It is by far the best place we have stayed in Turkey so far. We are only sorry that we are here for one night. It has been a delightful experience from every angle.
