Our whole experience at the hotel was wonderful. We stayed because it offered a pool and hot tub. Our family used them a few times every day that we stayed. The breakfast was excellent and we used the common area of the hotel a few times during our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. My grandson left his stuffed animal in the room at check out. The front desk called right away when housekeeping found it. Luckily we hadn't left town and we went back to pick it up. We will be returning to this hotel next time we are in town. I highly recommend this hotel, it exceeded all our expectations.

The place looks older but it was a pleasant stay the house keepers took care of us. Bobby at the front desk is hard working an very polite and professional it's quiet and the location is great dollar general is 2/10 of a mile away an also 2 dispensaries which are very affordable so that was a huge plus for location.

    The hotel gladly provided an credit, however booking.com is keeping the credit, I have emailed and tried calling would appreciate and some correspondence back due to horrible accommodations and had to check out. If you want to keep the credit maybe you should try staying there yourself.

    We stayed in the king suite, the bathroom was huge and the room was pretty roomy. Couch that turns into a bed. The beds & pillows were very comfortable and it was very clean! Anything I needed they were there to help. Pool & hot tub was great as well!

    New accommodation with very spacious rooms with all amenities. The staff is doing a great job to make you feel comfortable. We went for a ski vacation to Boyne Mountain resort and it was a very good location about 25 min away. The outside hot tub was amazing after the day on the slopes. Breakfast was plentiful even if you arrived after 9.30.

    I was traveling with a handicapped 88 year old. They were so good about getting our room ready. You could tell they were short staffed, but the staff they had on hand bent over backward to make sure our accommodations were perfect!
