Can only say that my confirmed booking through Booking.com did not reach this hotel and when we arrived, were advised of this and that there was no availability - they were fully booked. The desk clerk was extremely helpful and directed us to Staybridge Hotel just across their parking lot where that hotel honoured the price we had been quoted through Booking.com for their IHG partner hotel. The Holiday Inn Express staff member can only be highly rated for her concern at our plight. The foyer area was very well presented - clean and bright and welcoming. Sorry I can’t comment anymore than this.
