The communication with the staff was excellent. Tammy was extremely responsive and explained how late check-ins work. We were able to arrive very late but still get into our room, even though the main office was already closed for the night. The whole facility was clean and newly updated. We stayed in the family bunk rooms so we did hear a child next door but soon they fell asleep and we understood we were in the family section. And the Green Mountain coffee keurig was a really nice surprise. The restaurant at the lodge was excellent with great portions. Tammy and Vicki were wonderful and gave excellent dinner recommendations and suggested a cross country ski trail that we could access from the motel that was beautiful!
