The hotel is inside the fort complex, its a wonderful location to stay in as we could walk around the fort & see all the sights in a couple of hours. As we had a morning flight we had to leave by 7 am , before breakfast starts, we were handed over packed breakfast packets, which was such a nice thing for us

This is my first guest house experience and it went incredibly well -- Arslan received us warmly even though we arrived late at night. The house is s-p-o-t-l-e-s-s and you'd immediately notice that the moment you arrive. Huge window facing a section of the fortress wall (the house at the quiet side of Ichan Qala) so there's a lot of natural light coming in. And Arslan even provided an additional chair for us to use for work even though I ended up working at the dining area because the place felt homey. Bed was comfy and again, everything was incredibly clean!

    It was a super nice stay. The guy is very welcoming and hospitable and suits proper english. The rooms are perfectly clean and beside that very unique. Also the breakfast was surely over average. I definitely recommend this accommodation if you visit Khiva.

    Accommodation was excellent, staff friendly, rooms clean and tidy and great value. However, the best thing about my stay was the trips organised through the hotel with their driver Ollashukur. He took me to the Aral Sea one day, and the fortresses near Khiva another. He was very friendly, helpful, a good driver and full of suggestions and interesting ideas. I would definitely recommend this if you choose to stay here!

    The best accommodation I stayed in whilst in Uzbekistan, this place is inside the Ichalon Kala, so just mins away from all the sights. There's a convenient mini store nearby and lots of restaurants around the inner old city My room was big in comparison to some of the other places I stayed at I felt safe being a solo traveller. Breakfast was great. On the day I was travelling they offered to organise a breakfast box to take to the airport because I wasn't going to be there fore breakfast

    We had the most pleasant staying at this accomodation. The location is right in the old town, so everything is within walking distance. Breakfast is abundant and very tasty. The hotel staff is really kind and friendly. We want to especially thank Ollashukur, who drove us to Bukhara at night due to unavailability of drivers at the time we needed.
