We had an amazing stay at this hotel. It is really great value for the price. The reception works 24/7 - we arrived at 5/6 am and got upgraded to the better room, much appreciated. The room was very nice, cozy and the bed was comfortable - one of the best so far (after 14 days in Vietnam). We used also the laundry service which was really quick (within 1/2 a day). I also need to highlight the top notch service from the whole staff. Both receptionists were super friendly and nice, we had the best care - Linh was helping us with everything (recommendations of what to see and eat and it was amazing), also her colleague who was helping out with our suitcases, making sure we have enough of everything during the breakfast, he shared his experience from the Ambassador cruises with us. I forgot to ask his name. 🙏

Loved that we were not directly in ha long bay where everyone is but went further around cat ba island, activities were great, food on the boat was very tasty, friendly stuff, clean and comfortable rooms with huge views, and our guide Huie made the stay so much more fun! Very friendly and helpful, explained us everything until last detail, everything was organized very smoothly, no waiting times etc. great service and definitely will recommend to anyone planning a ha long bay cruise!

I had the pleasure of bringing my parents along on this trip, and it turned out to be a truly unforgettable experience for them. From the moment we arrived, the staff showed exceptional care and attentiveness—helping carry their luggage and assisting them warmly when boarding and leaving the boat. The cruise manager Bruce was great, checked in regularly with guests and made sure the trip ran safely and smoothly. Accommodation was great, clean and had everything we needed for our stay.     It's a beautiful homestay run by the wonderful couple Kim and Emma who are incredibly welcoming, helpful and kind. I arrived during a holiday and was invited to share a great meal with the family, it was very special. The beds are comfy, really quiet but central location, everything is new and clean. I loved my stay here, thank you so much Kim and Emma!

    Beautiful room with balcony for a beautiful scenery. The room was spacious and clean. The food and drinks were of generous amounts and so delicious. The staff were always friendly, helpful and attentive to your needs and wishes Wendy and Anthony were our tour guide and they were excellent; well spoken, very informative and enjoyable company. Overall, it was an exceptional vacation for us 🤩✨ We were glad to stay a minimum of 2 nights, 3 days for a better experience ✅
