First of all: A great host. Second: A great chef. Third: A great advisor. Obviously, that’s all one guy, Tinnie. We really enjoyed staying at the 57. Location was perfect for getting to the Addo Elephant park in the morning. Room was comfy and well equipped including some sweet frosted muffins. Breakfast was great, but be warned. Tinnie’s rule: Nobody leaves before everything is finished. (Some irony might be included) We also got some great safety advice for travelling to and from the park.

What really makes this accommodation stand out is the customer service level. Byron was an excellent host and we met new team member Leanne who was lovely. Our room (more than a room actually with a lounge) was very comfortable and had a nice balcony looking out at the back of the garden with the river and sand dunes at the end. We stayed in order to visit Addo and it was perfectly located for that as it's so close to the South gate. Breakfast was very good too. We ate at the Taste of Africa restaurant literally yards away and had great pizzas. The Spar shop was handy and Byron organised for us to have sandwiches to collect as soon as they opened for us to take to Addo. We would highly recommend Sundune.

The stay at Addo Riverside Manor was amazing. The accomodation is beautiful and the owners are so friendly, helpful and nice. Also the rooms are so pretty and the breakfast that was included was tasty. There is also the possibility to swim in the indoor pool or even the river that flows alongside the apartment and the enchanting garden. Last but not least the drive to the southern gate of Addo National Park is just about 5 minutes which is really great if you aim to see the animals in the early morning. All in all I can really recommend a stay in Addo Riverside Manor. We enjoyed it.

    We visited Addo Elephant park, and this accommodation is very conveniently located, very close to the south entrance of the park. Leanne and Barry proved to be extremely kind hosts and the pool was great for our kids. Breakfast included fresh cut fruits. We enjoyed our stay!

    Great apartment, very close to Addo Elephant National Park (south gate), Sunday River and the ocean. Perfect hosts, friendly staff, full kitchen, clean, comfortable, warm (winter!). Best apartment of our vacation, definetely recommended! We are glad that we stayed here and would book again anytime! :)
