The cottage we stayed at was so well put together. There is an aircon as well, super comfortable beds and spacious shower. I loved the gas stove and great wifi. We did not experience any loadshedding-due to solar panels and the host is so friendly and welcoming, theres a lovely pool as well and netflix. The owners are lovely and even arranged a meal at a vineyard in Paarl for us, taking us and picking us up. The holiday home is lovely, everything you need is there..beds excellent, bathroom clean and good standard. Plus a generator for load shedding. They have a number of bonuses - tennis court, sauna room with showers and a plunge pool. Large gardens with tortoises and four lovely German shepherd dogs who are very friendly. The bed was ultra comfortable, there were enough blankets and heating within the unit (Wellington can get cold) and we really liked the lavender theme and autumn leaves in front. Hosts were friendly, helpful and accomodating. Will stay again when we return.
