They really take care of cleaning in general in the property.The staff was very friendly. We had some good moments in the pool. The hotel is close to the beach and local people are really friendly. We recommend this hotel to everyone.

The service is exceptional, the friendliness of the staff was amazing. Travelling with a baby there was a joy. It was so clean everywhere and a beatiful area outside with many pools and plateaus to stay between the hotel and the sea.

Set in Durrës, 1.9 km from Port of Durres, Hotel Kloest offers accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, a bar and a shared lounge. We loved everything about our stay at Hotel Kloest, from the great location to the breakfast and delicious cappuccinos every morning, to the great value for the cost. We even had a sea view from the charming Juliet balcony. But what makes it extra special is the friendly and caring staff. Every person we met at the hotel was simply wonderful. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Albania, which we definitely plan to return to!

The apartment was comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. It was quiet The location is excellent — close to everything I needed. There's free parking, and the vending machine in the lobby has great prices. The automatic curtains were a really nice touch — super convenient and added to the overall comfort. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I’d definitely stay here again!
