Amazing city view, good size, great value. Very clean, comfortable mattress, TV with all programmes I like, bathroom fully equipped (best from all 4 star hotels I experienced in Albania). Very polite and helpful staff, 10 stars for customer service but also for taking care of cats and kittens that are coming for breakfast every day. It says a lot about your empathy, humanity, and positivity. It gives a good impression. You are a good people and I will always choose your hotel when in Tirana.
