The staff in the main hotel were very nice and helpful. you can do self check-in in the main hotel building (above the parking) or at the apartment building. the room was new, stylish, clean and comfortable. equipped with coffee machine and kettle. the location is amazing, right in the old city center. we had access to the spa area in the main hotel free of charge and got robes at the reception. we had a great stay and wish we could stay for more than one night.

Parking very easy, check-in also very easy. Advice: unless you have early checkin, it will be 3pm, so go straight to wellness as you really only have a 3-4 hr window before dinner, especially if you only staying for 1 night. It is not open till 11pm next morning on checkout.

The standard hotel room is quite spacious, with very comfy bed and pillows. There are saunas with a beautiful view and a really cool pool on the roof. The breakfasts are really tasty. You can also rent an e-bike on the ground floor and go exploring (highly recommended!). There is a beautiful waterfall right next to the hotel.

The host was fabulous in the way she had instructions everywhere around the apartment making our stay so easy and comfortable. They also provide parking in case someone wants to rent a car. It was of great help to me. Also a great plus point is that the bus stop is right outside the apartment and the Lugano Center is just a 5-8 mins ride from there.

Wonderful Stay with Stunning Mountain Views! The room was very clean, and we were pleasantly surprised to find welcome chocolates and water waiting for us—such a thoughtful touch! Communication with the host, Jeff, was super easy. He responded promptly to all our queries, making the entire experience smooth and hassle-free. The location is convenient, with a supermarket and some nice restaurants not too far away. The room was well-stocked with everything you'd need for a short stay. Tea and coffee were complimentary—and honestly, that was one of the best parts! And of course, the mountain views from the room were just as stunning as promised. It was a pleasure meeting Jeff, and we had a very comfortable overnight stay. Highly recommend!
