Gorgeous room which overlooked the pools and was quiet although close to the town. The staff were friendly and attentive. You got a lush breakfast basket in the room each day which included eggs, fruit, coffee, juice and pastries. Loved it here only wish we could stay longer

The guesthouse is a short walk up a slight hill from the bus station, but it’s well worth the effort. Alternatively, you can take a local taxi for convenience. If you’re traveling with wheeled luggage, be aware that the cobblestone streets may make the walk a bit tricky. Also, watch out for traffic, as there are no road markings. Our room was lovely, featuring double-aspect windows with a fantastic view. It was spotless and felt very new. One minor drawback is that the windows are actually shutters, not glass, so some outside noise does filter in. However, since the guesthouse is on the edge of town, the noise wasn’t too disruptive. This design is due to the building’s listed or historical status, which adds to its charm. The manager was very friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. Breakfast was simple but plentiful, providing a good start to the day. Being on the edge of town, the guesthouse is a bit of a walk from the bus station, but it’s conveniently close to natural pools and local hiking trails. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops just a few minutes’ walk downhill. I would definitely stay here again.

Gisela's and Chris' hospitality is unbeatable. They took care of us from the very start till the end of our trip, taking from and to the bus station, giving advice on what to do and always politely checking how we're doing. The breakfast served each morning was huge, fresh and very tasty. The room was big and cozy with wonderful view. We truly felt like being part of their family ♥️ Frankly, we never had better hosts in our life and we travel a lot. Another bonus is their wonderful friendly dogs who greeted us every time we came back from the city or tours.
