Located on the seafront in Placencia, Miramar Suites offers a private beach area and tropical gardens. Each stylish apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and furnished apartment with sea views. The place is very comfortable, with air conditioning and beautiful balconies, and great view in the beach front rooms. It is also close to many restaurants, a grocery store, and a laundry service. We enjoyed the beach, the onsite pool, and food recommendations from the staff.

Best hotel in Belize! Wonderful brand new property, luxurious in every single detail and perfectly located on a pristine beach. We stayed at one of their ocean front villas and it was heavenly! Huge bedroom and huge bathroom, beautiful balcony with view of the ocean, private pool on the beach right in front of the sea. Kayak, paddle boards and bikes at our disposal. Lush! Decor is impeccable and mattress and pillow super comfortable. Staff and service are what you’d expect from a 5 stars hotel and more! They also rent golf buggies and can help you book any kind of tour. Restaurant is also upscale with a fantastic view of the ocean and food is delicious. We are so happy to have found this gem. We would only come here when back in Belize 🩷

Absolutely the best boutique hotel we stayed at in Belize! Everything at Kalimera Beach is so thoughtfully designed — from the moment we arrived, we felt more like family than guests. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and their attention to detail makes the stay unforgettable. You get ice for your drinks or to make a refreshing iced coffee (which became our daily ritual). There’s a water tap in front of each room to rinse the sand off your feet before going inside — a small but brilliant touch. The rooms and common areas were spotless, and you can tell a lot of love and care goes into everything here. There are hammocks, a beach gym, paddleboards, kayaks, and games — it’s literally impossible to get bored. The absolute highlight? Sipping an iced coffee while relaxing in a hammock right by the beach, watching the waves roll in. Sometimes you even get a fresh coconut! They also organized an incredible tour for us to Laughing Bird Caye — it was breathtaking, and we even saw a shark! We truly loved every second of our stay. Kalimera Beach is a place you arrive as a guest and leave feeling like part of the family. Can’t recommend it enough!

Our beachfront villa with a private pool, the warm hospitality, world class wellness spa, and delicious cuisine created a restorative experience we’ll always remember. A heartfelt thank-you to the wonderful team at Prana Maya for making our stay so memorable. Location was great, walking distance along the beach or the road to restaurants, and short drive to Placencia Village for market, shops and more restaurants. Good location for many activities in the greater area. Hosts Sandy and Paul were amazing - so nice, so attentive, so helpful. The Placencia Peninsula is quite expensive but this place was ideally located, comfortable and a terrific value.
