Decorated in soft colours, rooms at Jardin Atacama Hotel have ceilings crossed by wooden beams. I loved so many things about this hotel. To start with, the location is excellent. It is in the center of San Pedro de Atacama but not on the busiest street, making it a bit secluded, so it is quiet and calm in the rooms and in the garden. We stayed in winter, and the heating was on from 6 pm until early morning, so we never felt cold in the room. The common areas and the garden are very nice and well-kept. The WiFi worked very well. The room size was good for two people with two large pieces of luggage; it didn’t feel cramped, and the bed was very comfortable. Like many travelers, we appreciated the filtered water and the 24-hour coffee! The attention from the staff is exceptional. They also helped us organize the transfer to and from Calama Airport.
