The place and its people were so welcoming. They helped with all needed services promptly. The room was comfortable., the breakfast very good. The hostel is located in a quiet street yet still near the metro from where you can get to all directions. Also to the Arab Quarter you can reach in 15 min. walking.

Great value for money.Located a 20 minute walk to the Muslim quarter.Lots of great restaurants and food trucks in the vicinity.Staff very attentive and helpful,despite the language barrier-Google translate is a must.There is a Kitty caffe at the reception,kids loved the cats (under 14 years old are not allowed in).Free coffee, tea and biscuits at the bar all day round+unlimited free laundry,which is not usual in hotels.Choice of five menues for breakfast (3 Western,2 Chinese)+fruit,yoghurt,drinks,which was ok for a good start of the day. Rooms are spacious with every day room service,all is very clean.Beds are quite big for Asian standards and we slept very good.Would definitelly come again,we loved HeSu hotel - thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

The Staff members were very polite, helpful in nature and were warm towards me. I had a memorable first time experience in China, thanks to them. The breakfast buffet was do delicious and grand. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone because of their professionalism.

Every unit features a private bathroom with shower facilities and with slippers and free toiletries. Towels are offered. Everything from the hotel was excellent. Zoey personally took care of our needs and provided us with whatever we were missing.
