Guests may reach to the famous tourist spots such as Qingyang Temple, Kuanzhai Alleys and Tianfu Square within a short walking time. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property. The hotel is close perfection - we got upgraded for free (thank you for that!), received welcome and farewell gifts; bed was comfortable, bathroom fully equipped. Laundry service was quick & included as promised. The hotel has good connection with railway station & city centre, good choice of restaurants in its neighborhood. English-speaking staff were always available. We really felt taken care of - thank you Belle & Frank for your exceptional service.

Great views, comfortable bed, big fridge, washer dryer combo, electric stove. Overall great apartment. Location is ideal, 1 min and you are in the metro station, restaurants as soon as you get out of the elevator and shopping malls all around, one with a big supermarket 5 min walking. The host is great and very responsive. The kitchen is not equipped, but if you ask the host everything will be given really quick.

In addition, the customer service was excellent and offered us late checkout from the normal 2pm (!!) to 3pm.

The accommodation features karaoke and a shared kitchen. The location was central. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The reception staff were both kind and responsive. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Chengdu.

We had a fantastic experience at Xishu Garden Inn. The Inn's team is highly professional, friendly, and very helpful. They helped us book train, museum, and theater tickets, helped us with our Alipay, gave us detailed directions to wherever we were going, and even helped us with our Chinese. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We were able to do our laundry and they offered us a variety of cleaning services. The breakfasts were excellent, varied, and healthy. We'd have given them a 20, if possible. We'll definitely return next time we're in Chengdu.

The property is around 1 km from Kuanzhai Ancient Street, 2.3 km from Wenshu Monastery and 3 km from Chengdu International Exhibition Centre. The hotel has family rooms. The location was excellent. The various amenities also felt modern. I found the laundry convenient, as did a number of other guests who I met while waiting for a load to complete. The atmosphere was friendly and helpful when I encountered any difficulties understanding the instructions.
