We had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. The location is perfect, very convenient and close to everything we needed. Our room was beautiful—spacious, tastefully decorated, and equipped with every amenity one could ask for, including a great soaking bathtub. One of the highlights of our stay was the incredibly warm welcome we received upon arrival from Mandy’s uncle, James, and her brother. They greeted us with big smiles and genuine kindness, which immediately made us feel at home. The breakfast was good with a great cappuccino to start the day off right. Mandy herself was absolutely fantastic—always available via WeChat to answer any questions and offer great suggestions. Her English is excellent, which made communication very easy and smooth. On our departure day, James kindly carried our luggage all the way to the taxi area at 6:45 in the morning—again, with that same warm smile and friendly attitude. We also really loved the dogs, which added a charming, homely touch to the place. We wholeheartedly recommend staying at this hotel. It was an unforgettable experience and we would definitely come back!

Situated within 300 metres of Guan Men Kou and less than 1 km of Loyalty Arch, Big Tree Guesthouse - Naxi old style features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Lijiang. With garden views, this accommodation provides a patio. The accommodation offers airport transfers, while a car rental service is also available. The location is great, there are lots of diners nearby. It is quiet, and the bed is comfortable. I stayed there for two nights and slept very well. I will definitely stay in this hotel next time when I visit Lijiang.

With city views, this accommodation provides a patio. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace. The cleanliness of the room and location was perfect. The staff (ie Jing Jing) went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They also helped organize our day trips. The A/C is strong relative to most places we have stayed at in China.

Just a 15 minute ride from the Kunming airport and the hotel provides a nice new van for personal pick up and drop off. (By the way - you meet the hotel shuttle van 🚐 just 100 meters left of Arrivals Gate 1 as you walk out of the Kunming Airport). A great value and an extremely well appointed hotel room with very nice touches and great furnishings. Everything felt very new and clean and definitely one of the nicer 4 star hotels in the airport area. Good working AC and very helpful front desk staff - including Joyce who helped me with my WIFI. Breakfast is high quality but is mostly Chinese style (which I like) with Rice noodles 🍜 and a few hot Chinese dishes. Hotel 🏨 is in a little shopping area (with a bunch of other similar airport hotels) that have some tea shops and local restaurants. Great choice for a layover at the Kunming airport.

This homestay features a garden, a terrace as well as free WiFi. The homestay features family rooms. The staff is simply amazing the helped us booking everything, carried our luggage and provided useful tips. I’ve never encountered such a service when booking in this price category. Simply amazing.
