The hosts are really helpful, they helped us hire a scooter (which you will need for getting round the island) and booked us a snorkelling trip which was amazing! The room was really nice, very clean and they did us a lovely breakfast on the terrace for a small cost. The island is a real paradise, very quiet and relaxing.

Guests at Posada Old Town Bay will be able to enjoy activities in and around Providencia, like fishing. This is a family run business - Chantal, her mother and brother were amazing hosts, super easy to deal with, extremely friendly, helpful and they very welcoming! They had so much local knowledge of the island and went out of their way to help - they even drove me to the store to get some water and supplies that i needed and helped arranged a special dinner out. Bonus: Chantals mother is an incredible cook and made us lunch one day which was out of this world! Meatballs, rice, lentil soup, salad and a mago type dessert…. The hotel is very Nice, small and quaint but right on the water overlooking a beautiful bay in the ocean. There is literally marine life everywhere right in front of you - i would get up in the morning to have my coffee on the hammock a d watch the eagle rays, pencil fish or other types jumping and swimming within 5 feet of me! Rooms are clean, air conditioned and comfortable, they have their own kittle beach area but there are some other larger beaches very nearby - my daughter, wife and I will definitely be returning!

The hosts were super welcoming and helped us with any concern (renting a scooter, washing clothes,..). The room was super clean, comfortable and spacious. The sea view from the balcony was amazing (highly recommend taking the room with the sea view!!)! In general the island is incredibly beautiful and the people helpful, so really enjoyed our stay there :)

A flat-screen TV with cable channels is provided. Everything excellent! The room at the Posada was very comfortable, sparking clean and AC was great. The location is perfect, only a 5 minutes walk to the Southwest bay beach, two blocks away from two excellent dive shops (Anda di Watta and Sirius), supermarket one block away, great bread and other pastries two blocks away. We really loved our stay!
