Their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. A special mention must go to Fabricio at reception, who was without a doubt the best receptionist we've ever met. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of, helping with everything from local tips to making sure our needs were met. His professionalism and friendliness truly made a difference. We would gladly return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!

Local restaurants and shops can be found within a 2-minute walk. The La Fortuna Waterfall is a 5-minute drive away, while Juan Santamaría International Airport is a 2-hour drive away. Free parking is provided at the hotel. Practical buildout of the buildings, rooms, facilities and furnishings. Some nice style and decoration (stonework), gardening. Nice pools, although not for swimming, also the area surrounding them. Tasty and variety of food on breakfast. Nice location-close to the town centre and some nice restaurants and shops. Also, good for looking at the volcano (when not in clouds). Nice option for using hot natural water facilities in a partnering hotel. Helpful, polite staff. Excellent value for money.

Beautiful location, very near to the volcano so we had amazing view. A bit out of busy La Fortuna but still there were shops and restaurants, it was more quiet and I love that. The garden was very pretty and full of birds, though I liked more wild gardens than so well organized ;). The room and bathroom were huge and very comfy. Strong wifi. Very friendly staff. Nice jaccuzzi :).

Amazing location and wonderful trails to explore. We saw many wild animals on the property and loved the views from the towers and the restaurant. Breakfast was very good with lots of varieties. Beautiful room. It was great to have a free walking tour in the morning! Thank you for the great honeymoon decoration in our room and the gift. Very much appreciated!
