Highly recommend it. Sylvio is a great host, and very attentive. The pool was ideal with our kids 5+9 years. Good to know that the restaurant is temporarily closed but will open again in a couple of months. This was no issue for us, as we enjoyed the communal kitchen very much!

Checking in periodically to see if there was anything I needed. Made me feel very welcomed and at home. The space was large, with a full stock kitchen. The couch in the living room was also very comfortable. During the day, the house could get hot but using the air conditioner in the bedroom it wasn't an issue at all. I really enjoyed how quiet the area was, while conveniently walking distance to the main street of town. So great location!

Fernando is very knowledgeable and always open to sharing information about the fauna and flora and wildlife. We loved our stay there.

Each accommodation at the 4-star hotel has city views, and guests can enjoy access to a hot tub. The hotel also offers free WiFi as well as a paid airport shuttle service. Loved that it was owner operated. The owner Tristan and his daughter Arianna work very hard to make your stay wonderful! It is very clean, the pool and lounging area were perfect, and the fact that there are only 4 apartments makes it cozy and quiet. It’s far enough out of town to make it peaceful and in nature, but it’s easily walkable. A bus stop is also just outside the entrance gates. There is a lot of parking, and it is very safe and secure! The home made warm breakfasts delivered to our door were amazing! I would definitely recommend and would come back if we are ever back in the community

Both WiFi and private parking are available at the lodge free of charge. Exceeded all expectations. Thank you to the staff for all their help. Beautiful well maintained grounds. We saw more animals in the yard than in a national park. Lots of hummingbirds, a raccoon came between 10am and 11, and a family of Capuchin monkeys came every day around 2pm. It was a lot of fun to watch them.

Towels and bed linen are featured. We just got back from staying here for a week and LOVED IT! They gave us a few complementary things (coconuts, bottle of wine, etc. during the stay and just seemed genuinely happy to have us! The bungalows are awesome, with A/C in the bedrooms (extremely necessary). We were with our 18 month old toddler and the following was awesome with a kid: - less than a block’s walk to the beach (chill dirt road) - ground level bungalow and fully gated property so pretty safe for her to run around - a smaller pool in addition to the big pool that she could stand in (she’s 80 cm tall) and has an umbrella so it can be fully shaded - had her own air-conditioned room (and they provided a big pack-n-play/crib) - no breakfast, but just 50 m toward the beach is an amazing breakfast place that we went to every morning (Bridgett’s Ranch - so many animals, wild and domesticated!)

Free WiFi is provided throughout the property and free private parking is available on site. We had a blast! Very received a very friendly welcome by the manager. The breakfast ($10 per person) was delicious and included toast, fresh juice, rice, eggs, pancake, coffee, fresh fruit, etc. This place is a gem. Thanks for having us!

There is a private bathroom with shower and free toiletries in each unit, along with a hairdryer. This was a little vacation to celebrate life and man, we hit jackpot!! Gianluca was a great host with super clear directions, and he helped us map potential places to visit and go eat. I forgot to take pictures, but the lodge was absolutely gorgeous, and our room had all that you needed for visiting Cahuita.
