The staff were super friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. Our room was perfectly laid out and clean and perfectly appointed. Loved the windows to the street. It was warm and cozy when we wanted and nice and cool when we needed it to be. One of the best rooms I’ve ever slept in. The bed was amazing! Live the location as it wasn’t in the hustle and bustle of downtown. The train station is right outside the front door so not is easy to get anywhere you want. No parking lot but there is street side parking all over the place. If we return to Hamburg, we will be staying at Clouneys!

This boutique hotel is directly located in Hamburg city centre, a 1-minute walk from the Neuer Wall shopping street and a 5-minute walk from the Jungfernsteig. 中央駅からのアクセスも良く、街の中心部やオペラハウスに行くのにとても便利です。倉庫街周辺にも散歩がてら歩いて行きました。お部屋は内装やアメニティ、備品、全てセンス良くまとまっていて、静かで大変居心地が良かったです。個人的に共用部の香りがとても好みでした。ミニバーはソフトドリンク飲み放題。お掃除も毎日とてもキレイにしていただいて本当に快適でした。ルームフレグランスやアメニティ、グラスなどもオリジナルブランドで気に入ったら購入可能なところも良かったです。単純な宿泊の域を超えて五感全てを満足させてくれるホテルでした。またハンブルクに行く際には是非こちらに泊まりたいです。

We panicked a little climbing the piss-stinking stairs (of the main house) but then a sparklingly clean wonderland of glittering kitsch was revealed. The beds were very comfortable, and it was an enormous amount of space for the price. The decor is simply [chef's kiss] for a stay on the Reeperbahn. The front door faces onto the main strip, and you can watch the parade of revelry go by directly under your nose, but when the dividing door between the living room and hallway is closed, the loudest Saturday party noise is completely gone. The bedroom and balcony face into a quiet courtyard. For ten euro a day, you can park in the garage under the house. The staff were easily reachable and very helpful. The city is totally walkable and everything was easy to reach on foot from here. We won't stay anywhere else in Hamburg!

This 4 star superior hotel offers exclusively furnished rooms with free Wi-Fi, a large wellness area with saunas and two restaurants. The hotel is on a superbly location. The facility is very nice with their own restaurant. The room was excellent with a wonderful view on the Elba River. There is a free parking lot. The hotel and restaurant stuff is professional and kind. The food was delicious and variet. Is a peaceful place.
