This family-run guest house is quietly situated in Stadt Wehlen in the heart of the Saxon Switzerland National Park, directly below the world-famous Bastei rock formation. It offers free WiFi. The location is about 20 minutes from the ferry/S Bahn. The room is very clean, cozy and welcoming, with the forest in the back. It has a lovely garden. Key pick-up process is easy, and the breakfast is amazing with so many choice of marmalades. The staff are all friendly. I find the shower very comfortable. Definitely worth the money and want to visit again!

Everything was great. Parking, cleanliness, sauna facilities, etc. 8 people stayed for 2 nights, and all of my friends were very comfortable and completely satisfied during their stay. I highly recommend this place as it is a great location for the Dresden and Bastei Bridge tour.

I chose it mainly because it was pet-friendly, and we traveled with our cat who turned out to be their first feline guest. The staff was really helpful, and accommodated all our requests, even helped me order a surprise birthday cake for my husband. Thank you to Sylvia for bearing with all my questions and showing incredible hospitality!
