What really stood out was the outstanding service, especially from Mr. Alaa and Mr. Mohamed Khaled at the reception. They went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Their efforts truly made a difference thank you!

Our breakfast the next morning was delightful, and we got to explore the facilities which are brand new all around ahead of being picked up by our guide. When we returned, the room had been cleaned and tidied once again - which was a lovely surprise. When we needed to check out first thing the following morning, the staff team kindly still prepared breakfast and coffee for us to go and helped us with our bags once again. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or come back. The best stay in Siwa!

First of all i want to honor and thank Mr. Ahmed Galal during my whole stay. He did everything to make my stay comfortable. He picked the best Room in Cleopatra Sidi Heneish in my view at beachfront. Next to all the facilities like the beach infront of your room with an open awesome view, swimming pool a few steps aways and the snack restaurant in the corner. With the good Golf car service they arranged for us we were able and easily to be brought to the main restaurant and back that was located near the reception. Also he arranged for us a special dinner at the Italian reataurant what was delicious! The aftercare from Mr. Ahmed Galal was something unique and also let us make us a late checkout. The cristal clear seawater and sandy beaches was amazing in the resort, i havn’t seen before in the North coast. It was the best in my opinion. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

He even joined us to watch the sunset on top of the Shali fortress which is literally 3 min walk away. The location is just perfect for accessibility around town and to see everything you need to in Siwa. They have working A/C and fans so you can escape the unbearable heat outside. Beds were big and comfy. We enjoyed lovely local siwi tea with Abdallah and some other guests. It was perfect stay. Thank you Al Manara. ❤️

A charmy experience. A good plus, is the hotels hot spring which we found warming and perfect for an evening swim, especielly as we where here in the cooler months. Very enjoyable both for adults and children. The hotel also offers a good juice bar, liked the idé of utilizing herbs from their own grounds, such as lemongrass and mint. Dinner meals are very good, in which seating is on the floor, we also enjoyed this cultural experience. Overall, a very good stay with an enjoyable athmosphere, kind staff, ready to help with tour arrangments, transportation etc. Very much recommend. Kristian and Annika
