Conchi is so warm and attentive, you'll feel well looked after by her.

The hotel and service staff were outstanding — always friendly, professional, and eager to fulfill any request with a smile. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely cared for.

Dalt Vila is 1.7 km from the property. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. The suite was a great size and had a view to die for. Everything was immaculately clean with high quality fixtures and fittings. Staff were great and just could not fault anything about the property. We will definitely return.

There is an en-suite bathroom with a bath or shower and bidet in every unit, along with free toiletries. Towels and bed linen are offered. The location was perfect - within walking distance of all the clubs but far enough that you didn’t hear any of the music, or struggle with crowds when returning at night or wee hours of the morning. The breakfast every morning was outstanding. But most of all, the staff were unbelievably amazing. So supportive, helpful, kind, funny, enjoyable. They provided the best advice, helped get taxis, went the extra mile for us, and were the best staff I’ve ever encountered in an accommodation.

Guests can also enjoy billiards. This place is in a great location, there are supermarkets and the beach is only 5 min walking, also Mambo and Cafe del Mar are very close. Rooms are cleaned regularly and staff is super friendly and helpful, they really treat clients with care. I come here every year and this is the best place I stayed so far. Price is also great for what you get. The access to the pool is a great perk and the bar makes amazing cocktails and food with reasonable prices. The team in the bar and at the reception bring a great energy. I am really thankful and I can't wait to be back.

Rooms at El Hotel Pacha are bright and spacious, decorated in natural tones, All have a private balcony and seating area. Bathrooms feature bathrobes, slippers and a hairdryer. The room was super cute! I felt at home there and the staff went out of their way to make me feel happy

The town centre is 10 minutes' walk down the seafront promenade, and there is a bus stop just meters away, offering easy access to all parts of Ibiza. The location on the most beautiful beach is honestly unmatched - this is personally my favorite beach in Ibiza. The hotel is also so stylish and extremely clean - every time I turned around someone was wiping or mopping something. The staff are also so attentive and friendly and really went above and beyond to ensure that you are looked after. The breakfast also had such great selection and was really quality. We got engaged during this trip and so this hotel is truly part of our special memories and we will 100% be back. Thanks for everything!
