Coming off the Camino and into this oasis of calm was very special. Loved my stay. Room was spectacular, as was the view. Staff were amazing, friendly, helpful. Shoutout to Sebastian, so helpful and kind, my Spanish is pitiful but it didn’t matter.

A very clean and modern albergue. The atmosphere is calm and fellow pilgrims were respectful, so I had a quiet and restful night. Dinner was delicious and a great way to end the day. The staff were kind and welcoming, which made the stay even more pleasant. Highly recommended for anyone walking the Camino!

It was clean and beautiful, I could not have selected a better place to stay in Villafranca del Bierzo! The host was very friendly and attentive, I almost ruined my walk on the Camino that day because these lousy delivery people didn’t bring my luggage on time. But Dani? I believe that’s his name… he called the delivery service and made sure my things arrived asap. So kind of him, I would have had so much trouble without him. Bless him and his lovely hostel 🥰

The Albergue was extremely good value for money. I had a single room and both bathrooms were very close. I never had a problem waiting for a free bathroom. The breakfasts were really good... Spanish style but that's what I wanted. The evening meal was great value for money. Boca de Huérgano is a super location for exploring the Picos. Riaño is only about 8 or 10km away and there are beautiful hikes around there. There's also a public swimming pool in Riaño.

Hospederia Pax is within 800 metres of León Cathedral, San Isodoro Church and the adjancent Pantheon of the Kings of León. Our room window opened onto an old square, in a really quiet area of the old town. The hotel is really only some steps away from the beauty of Leon. The staff has been super caring and attentive. The parking on-site is really convenient, and even if you pay an extra for it, the rates are so good (especially off-season) that I suggest asking for it.

This hotel is located in Astorga, just 150 metres from the cathedral. It offers rooms with free Wi-Fi and a seating area with a sofa and flat-screen TV. Great location, very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. The breakfast was good. Little terrace.
