Once we arrived the first thought was where do we park to unload, but the staff meet us at the curb and assisted with bags and directions as to where to park over night. The town crier has a rear entry making it easy to get to from the car park. You have to be flexible when travel plus allowing for old roads, stairs and limited parking on site. The staff really looked after us the whole stay just a great time and atmosphere in the Tardis ! Live music was also a bonus for the stay along with the revellers singing in the street after a great night out. Tenby is a great place to visit and enjoy all it has to offer. We stayed for 3 nights with a little dog Lily and I most say .Both hosts were brilliant, very friendly polite and very helpful. The place we stayed in was brilliant very clean and tidy, also it's was very close to the things that we were going to see and do. Beaches, Clifts walks Ect. Would definitely stay again. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ . The room is decorated very nicely and everything was so clean and spotless. The size of the room was very nice and the tv had all kinds of things to watch which was nice in the evenings. Location is excellent, just few minutes away from all the restaurants and shops but no noises in the evening from the streets. The couple who runs the place was very friendly and we felt really welcomed. The breakfast/lunch restaurant downstairs had really good food and we had our breakfasts there every morning

We had a fabulous dinner and tasty breakfast. The chef, kitchen staff and servers were very efficient, our server especially was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend The Dunes for quiet ambience and great menu.

The breakfast was amazing and the room was very comfortable. The staff anticipated that we would need dinner and reserved a table for us to dinner as well. We had really nice local dishes (welsh lamb and beef dishes) and caught glimpses of the rugby game at the pub before retiring for the night.

Everything was great, exactly as advertised and as shown in photos. It felt nice & welcoming as soon as we stepped in the lounge. A welcome food/goodies were also a nice touch. We didn't expect all these wonderful varieties of snacks and drinks. During our stays the weather hasn't been kind to us but we felt cosy and warm inside.
