Darwin's Townhouseは、シュルーズベリーの中心部から徒歩5分の場所に位置する宿泊施設です。鉄道シュルーズベリー駅まで徒歩12分です。 タウンハウス内にはMain HouseとGarden Roomsに分かれて19室のベッドルームがあります。 Darwin's Townhouseはセヴァーン川の近くにあり、川沿いの散歩を楽しめます。シュルーズベリー大聖堂まで徒歩6分です。... 素敵な内装と親切なスタッフ。チェックインもチェックアウトもスムーズだった。自然科学者ダーウィンにちなんだインテリアもセンスがいい。朝食も評判通りで、注文を受けて調理してくれるスタイルで味も素晴らしかった。一階には広い共有リビングにガーデン、後で精算するスタイルのバー。近くには魅力的なレストランやバーもあり、セバーン川沿いの遊歩道は美しく気持ちの良い散歩道だ。橋を渡れば大聖堂がある。チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってもらえて助かった。 2020年に洪水でたいへんな被害に遭ったと知った。スタッフは相当努力と苦労をしたと思う。今はきれいに修復されていて見違えるようになっていた。 Lovely interior and friendly staff. Check-in and check-out were smooth. The Darwin-themed décor is tasteful. Breakfast lived up to its reputation, cooked to order and delicious. The ground floor features a spacious communal lounge with a garden, plus pay later bar. Nearby are charming restaurants and bars, and the Severn River walkway makes for a beautiful and pleasant stroll. Crossing the bridge leads to the cathedral. It was helpful that they stored our luggage after check-out,too. I learnt it suffered severe damage in the 2020 floods. The staff must have put in considerable effort and hardship. It is now beautifully restored and looks completely transformed.

Wonderful breakfast with great conversation with our hosts. We will definetly stay here again when we are in the area.

Quiet, secure and dog friendly. Very comfortable location. Lovely woodland walk where dogs can run less than 10 minutes walk away. Lovely kitchen downstairs, spacious sitting room and bedroom upstairs, all really well presented. Host lovely and helpful.

Branlea cottage was such a refreshing change away from all the hotel rooms we had been staying in. It was warm and comfortable with the option of a toasty gas fire in the lounge room. There were also throw rugs for extra cosiness if required. The heating (not the fire) is on a timer but there is a booster button if required. Inside is new and clean with two comfortable very quiet bedrooms with comfortable beds. They both have their on ensuites and plenty of hot water. We loved it there so much we ate in both nights and cooked in the large kitchen. There's also the option for Netflix (if you have your own account). Sue the owner is lovely and very easy to communicate with. If we are in Ludlow again (which is a beautiful town) we will definitely book Branlea.

The apartment was spacious for 3 of us. The bathroom and kitchenette were nice and the apartment had the best selection of teas, coffees, and hot chocolates of any place ive stayed at. The directions and check in access were easy to follow.
