The staff is really friendly and helpful - knowing spanish makes your life a lot easier, but some speak english or even german. You can get everything from water to food at the hotel. The rooms and the bathroom were very clean, there are mosquito nets over the beds and the fan is really powerful. Very good value for money!

A recently renovated campground located in Miramar, Coco Bamboo Beach Camp features a garden. There is an on-site restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. The Camp is located at a wonderful small beach, surrounded by palm trees and mangrove forest. The whole small camp is designed were nicely and made with a lot of love. It has a very nice chill/kitchen area with a large table to get together with the other guests and volunteers. We could join the family dinner and breakfast for some extra money, which was very tasty. We did rent kayaks and went to the mangrove forest. The host Laurence helped a lot in preparing the trip and gave us a lot of information to arrive to the camp and go to Livingston. She was very helpful and kind as the other guest were. I would recommend to stay at least three nights, but a few days longer would probably be even better.
