Although it's remote you can easily reach the town of rio dulce by boat which the hotel staff can arrange for you. The staff is really friendly and helpful - knowing spanish makes your life a lot easier, but some speak english or even german. You can get everything from water to food at the hotel. The rooms and the bathroom were very clean, there are mosquito nets over the beds and the fan is really powerful. Very good value for money!

Easy to reach via whatsapp for any questions like boat pick-ups and happy to give tips for traveling. 5 star service! Rooms are clean and comfortable with great beds and it is a beautiful place.

The owners are so kind and helpful, make you feel very welcome. The facilities are all well maintained and there is even a pool to take a dip in! Far enough from the main road that it is peaceful but only a 2-3 minute walk.

We arrived at 1 in the morning and check in was no problem. We even got cold bottled water. Beds were very comfy. Didn't use the pool but looked nice.
