Staff were all great and keen to help us enjoy our stay to the full. There were lots of activities on offer, from bird-watching to a trip into the Tiger Reserve. The room was very comfortable and well equipped. We stayed in one of the luxury tents, which really made us feel like we were on safari! There was a lovely sense of privacy, as the huts and tents were well spread out around the resort. Food was wonderful, lots of variety and high quality - we ate well every day and for every meal. The whole atmosphere felt adventurous, yet safe. We felt we were staying within a local context, as opposed to a faceless international resort.

Food was very very tasty, we have called their Chef and given a salute to him, as it was so so yummy. And of course the Management, they were very supportive and very humble. The view from room itself was superb, especially from the Attic, both nights we all slept in the Attic only, and we enjoyed the beauty of nature very well from there. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Kids also enjoyed very well, actually they wanted to stay few more days there, they played Table tennis (ping pong), cricket and utilized their other kids play areas as well. Totally it was a very successful trip for us.

Everything was really clean and food was great, which I'm sure would extend to the other property. I loved the room and the location in the shadow of the mountain was beautiful. I loved the peace and quiet and waking up to goats clip-clopping by my room. Internet, hot water, beds and all were great. The staff were super helpful with helping me to book safaris, taxis and a bus back to Bangalore. It is a bit of a drive from Bandipur, so if planning to visit without a vehicle contact reception to help you organise everything.

You can play table tennis and darts at Wild Pastures by Nature Resorts and Stays, and car hire is available. Outdoor play equipment is also available at the accommodation, while guests can also relax in the garden. The best place to stay in Masinagudi. Loved the location and the ambience of the place. It is very quiet and peaceful, surrounded by Nilgiri hills on one side and the Masinagudi forest. The staff and the caretaker were very good, very friendly and they took care of us very well.

The accommodation is non-smoking. The place is amazing. Great views, welcoming caretaker, Nelson. It's private and bungalow has all basic amenities. Cook Mary is amazing and makes delicious food (we had s.indian). Great place for dogs to run around and play. If you are lucky, you will be able to spot wildlife on the hilltop nearby!
