Hi, we were travelling by motorbike and stayed at this hotel for one night, but I would definitely and happily return to this hotel for a longer stay. Super staff , special huge thanks to Elio for his responsiveness, help and kindness. The location is great, the rooms are cosy, clean and quiet. We were offered a more comfortable room and more spacious than the one we had originally booked. This is a huge plus and such attention is very rare. We were very pleasantly surprised by the free breakfast, they don't write about it on Bpoking, it's like a bonus from the hotel. The hotel is great, I would love to come back again ! Public parking is available outside the hotel. A bus stopping 100 meters away takes you to Pisa train station and the airport. Everything. They even cleaned the room every day and had some food in kitchen.

Very friendly and cosy atmosphere, thanks to the couple managing the hotel.They gave us very useful tips on what to do in Volterra and in the wider region. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the center of the old town and only a few steps away from the nicest restaurants and gelaterias. Furthermore the hotel is situated very close to the safe underground parking garage and the bus stop. Last but not least: the breakfast buffet is excellent!

The hostess was very welcoming and helpfup. The hotel is perfectly situated after the entrance gates to Volterra and just a short walk up to the main square. The breakfast was a beautiful experience. The hostess ensured we had our own private family table. The food was fresh with many options and coffee to our liking. The decor and rooms have beautiful old century touches with modern amenities (nice bathroom and shower). Beds were huge and fit a family of 4 comfortably. Our taxi was arranged seamlessly on a Sunday as we had no options for public transportation.
