The room was clean, spacious, and stylish, with modern design, high-end electrical outlets, and a brand-new bathroom. Everything was quiet and comfortable, and the AC was excellent—perfectly cold during the hot summer. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly, which made the experience even better. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, especially the warm croissants and freshly brewed espresso. The location is also very convenient, just a short walk from the Leaning Tower of Pisa.

We really appreciated the small things; the welcome note and chocolate, the welcome Prosecco, the attentive response of staff, help booking dinners, turn down service. We felt extremely well cared for and we would come back in a heartbeat. We did not have time to fully take advantage of the hotel offerings as there was so much for us to see in Florence. The breakfast is so beautiful and the cocktails to die for. Returning to Florence would be in part enticing to be able to return to La Gemma.

You have snacks, water, coffee, tea, breakfast included, which it was delicious, comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom. Easy to check-in and check-out. They kept for us our luggage after check-out. 7 minutes walking to the Pisa Tower. 15 minutes to the airport. Everything is close.
