Especially ,Marwan, Ahmed and Osaman. Few days before arrival I was already being asked if there was any needs that they can help me with. Also regarding the SPA, Sauna and Jacuzzi (which came free with my booking), it closes at 10pm, but they kept it late for us as we were running a couple of hours late. Also prepared breakfast earlier than normal time for us because we were leaving for Petra early that day. they offered us boxed breakfast or breakfast in the dining area.

The accommodation offers a shared kitchen, room service and currency exchange for guests. our stay in Amman didn't start so well, our previous hostel cancelled on us the last minute and we had to find another hotel at 9PM, we found Sandra hotel and were pleasantly surprised. the workers and the owner greeted us and gave us recommendations for our stay. the room was very comfortable and clean with all the necessities. the breakfast was great. the room was quite considering the placement of the hotel.

You can stay in the heart of Downtown for an affordable price - great value for money. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and made sure I had everything I needed at all times. It’s very clean, spacious and comfortable. I was even able to leave my luggage for a few days when I travelled to another city. I will definitely come back here when I return to Amman!
