Definitely felt very luxurious. Close to Mt. Aso and the sightseeing spots there.

The tatami mats throughout and only socked feet allowed in the entire hotel added to the experience. Car park next door was convenient. Right next to busy streets full of restaurants.

The hotel occupies the top floors of the highrise so the views from the room was great. I was conveniently located at the train station. For a city hotel with an onsen was a treat.

The staffs are all nice and kind in introducing the room and surroundings. The foot onsen us worth trying and the outdoor Onsen is comfy and the view is wonderful.

Rooms have free wired internet. This hotel is best in class in all respects. The Onsen is amazing and the buffet was great with a wide variety. They have two full sized shuttle buses rotating around the city for guests to use freely and it stops at the JR Station and all along the city center. Taxis are readily available to book as well.

Takeo Onsen is such a charming town, and Yujiro (and his family) made my stay there even more fantastic. Yujiro, the owner, contacted me even before my stay with amazing recommendations such as restaurants and attractions in Takeo Onsen area. He even assisted in booking a table for me at an marvelous restaurant. Thank you for making my Takeo Onsen experience truly amazing, Yurijo. In addition, the location of the guesthouse in ideal as you can walk to many places such as the famous tree, the library and the onsen itself. Also, the room is spacious and the bed is comfy. I slept like a rock. Before I left, I had an insightful and fun conversation with Yurijo. Thank you again. Hope to see you and stay at the guesthouse again.
