The host was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, ensuring that we had everything we needed. This has been one of my favorite BnBs in Japan during my 10 years of travel experience. Our family had an excellent time, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

Our first dinner was a 10+ plate Kaiseki menu, and as our second dinner we chose crab shabu shabu, which was excellent as well. Tried public onsens (indoor and outdoor pools), private onsen, and massage. Wore Yukatas the whole time :) All public and private areas were exceptionally spacious. The staff were very welcoming. There was a shuttle to/from the nearest train station.

Biwako Ryokusuitei offers Japanese-style/Western rooms with Lake Biwako views, a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. Wow! Such an amazing stay! Great experience with a private onsen in front of the lake. The room was very beautiful Japanese styled, and super clean. The breakfast was one of the best we had!
