The staff was very friendly and the lodge was amazing. The rooms were nice and offered enough space together with the living room that could be used at any time. Free tea and fresh water available at any time. The private onsen was great, especially after coming back after a cold day sight seeing. The free bread breakfast was delicious. The stay was the highlight of our trip!

The garden has a lovely pond and the little dog is so sweet! I really recommend Hiro place for an authentic and lovely experience in Japan. Hope we can come back again in the future. Thank you Hiro!

If I visit Utsunomiya again, I will definitely stay at this guesthouse. Highly recommended!

Sumptuous breakfast that we didn't get hungry until dinner time. 7. The host, friendly and accommodating.

Super cozy place, renovated with taste. We were picked up at the station, given a map, brought to the shop where we bought the nikko pass. On the last day the owner drove us the station.
