Guests can use the sauna and the hot tub, or enjoy city views. Hostesses were more than helpfull and welcoming. They had picked up bakery items for our arrival for our next morning breakfast and were very informative before and at our stay. The property is amazing and the outside grounds are beautiful. We flew in late and left early on our tour so we did not get a chance to explore the surrounding area.

The giraffes come every morning, and also a lovely cat around the reception. The food was also excellent( other than breakfast included in the package, we book dinner for some extra cost).

There is also a terce with a beautiful view, especilly of the sunset. The owners were very nice. For a fee they also arranged a pick up from the airport and droped us off at the store as we would have missed the closing time. The accomodation is safe and very close to the main attractions of the city. We would definitly recommend if staying at Windhoek.

We had originally booked in another establishment, but this one was really awful. In ten minutes I booked at The Lofts Luxury Suites, and when we arrived we were very happy. The flat is incredible, modern, very very clean, everything is very well thought out, even the light fittings (blue). The ladies who work there are lovely. Luckily the first flat was horrible, otherwise we wouldn't have had the chance to stay at The Lofts.
