Offering a barbecue and children's playground, Vinje Camping is located in Geiranger in the Møre og Romsdal Region. Hurtigruten Terminal Gerianger is 1.2 km away. Cozy and green camping area with amazing views. Nice cottages with terraces facing the fjord with great views and long afternoon sun (weather dependent of course :) ). The Geiranger area is fantastic and Vinje camping is a good base for exploring. The inflatable bouncing pillow is a hit with the kids. The staff were nice and helpful, also in answering our questions before arrival.

Lunheim in Geiranger is quietly located on a farm in Geiranger. It offers panoramic views of the Geiranger Fjord and guest rooms with a seating area and private bathroom. There is free WiFi access. I think this is the place with the best host in the whole Geiranger. Local and personal tips, fun facts and advice come for free. The place itself is also very nice and you get a nice walk around when checking-in.

The owner was sooooo nice and helpful. He was always available and took care of everything. The location is just fantastic, free parking with electric charging stations for our car (available for a really fair fee). Amazing facilities. We had BBQ and dined with a view over the fjord. We visited in the beginning of June, and the weather was great. 20 hours of sun 🌞 high pressure, warm shower after the hike is just such a blessing 🙌
